ADDRESS & PARKING: We are located at Idlewild Farm, 10594 Button Rd. Belding. Please park along the gravel drive WEST of the mint green farmhouse (you should see a red barn and greenhouse from your parking spot). Our farm is nearest the town of Smyrna--30-40 minutes east (and a bit north) of Grand Rapids, 20-25 minutes east of Rockford, 10 minutes south of Greenville, and 15 minutes north of Lowell!

WHAT TO WEAR: ​Dress for the weather! Sturdy boots/shoes that can stand a bit of grime (washable is ideal!) and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

GOAT MERCH. We make farmstead goatmilk soap and other herd-inspired goodies which will be for sale during the event. Cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal accepted.

AREA FOOD + FUN: We highly recommend The Smyrna Bar just down the road for dinner, drinks, and live music. Or continue your farm-inspired trip, Red Barn Market has more animals, ice cream, hard cider, and indoor & outdoor seating for larger groups. There is also a small playground and a couple of picnic tables minutes away on Button road at the Otisco Township Hall.

IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER: Cuddle sessions: will take place unless travel conditions are unsafe (weather warning/advisory at the farm or en route). Hikes: we will hike in light snow but sessions may be cancelled per our discretion if weather conditions are not conducive to a good experience (i.e. ice, rain, heavy snow). We will notify you of any cancellations at least three hours in advance of the session and will offer a chance to reschedule if possible or a ticket refund.
